HydreCel PVP/VA 64W

HydreCel PVP/VA 64W is a PVP/VA copolymer in the form of an aqueous solution.

It offers excellent adhesive properties and forms a hard film. It is suitable for use in hair styling formulations and other applications where a water-soluble binder / film-former is required.
