HydreCel 11N

HydreCel 11N is a quaternised copolymer of vinylpyrrolidone and dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate in the form of a highly viscous aqueous solution.

It produces clear, non-tacky continuous films and can be used across haircare and skincare products.
