Rice NS

Rice NS is a crosslinked, non-swelling rich starch. It is boil-proofed and hydrophilic with high absorption strength. This grade is suitable across all emulsions as a moisturiser and for colour cosmetics to provide mattifying effects and to provide a soft feel.
